this is a tutorial on how to reflect text.
first make a new document by pressing ctrl n.
i made mine 450x500
then, select your text tool. 
click and drag your mouse over your document to make a selection and type something in.
duplicate your text layer by pressing ctrl j on your keyboard.
then flip your duplicated layer vertically so it's upside down, go to edit>transform>flip vertical.
if it's flipped to low, accostum it with the arrow tool. 
make sure you line it up evenly.
then mess with the opacity and make it transparent looking.
i set my opacity to 10 percent.
then your finished.
your finished product should looking something like this :
